INGREDIENTS
L-theanine.L-theanine is an amino acid, which is found in green tea (Camellia Japonika, Camellia sinensis). In its chemical structure it is similar to glutamine, one of the three amino acids, which are relevant to the processes of excitation and retention in the brain – glutamine, glutamic acid and gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA). L-theanine intervenes (as similar in chemical structure) in the influences, which has glutamine and in that way it influences the processes of pacification and stabilization in the brain. It penetrates through the blood-brain barrier and it spreads in the intercellular spaces of the brain cells –astrocytes (which are relevant to the brain exchange) and the neurons (functional units, carrying out the excitation processes and implementing the retention processes, which regulate the excitation ones), which defines L-theanine as effective anti-stress tool. It is effective 30-40 minutes after intake.
Stress and anxiety are overwhelming states, which disrupt hormonal balance and lead to overall ill health. It is a medical condition, in which part of the symptoms are of mental and emotional sphere: tension, restlessness, bad slumber, unfounded intrusive fears, impaired concentration, depression, aggression, sexual dysfunction.
Stress suppresses the immune system, which makes the body vulnerable to pathogenic infections.
L-theanine improves the immune reactions in case of infections, ensures quick immune response as it increases the ability of T-cells to cope with the disease (immune cells release 5 times more interferon – agent, fighting off infections and tumors).
It also has significant effect on releasing or reducing neurotransmitter (serotonin and dopamine) as it improves memory capacity.
It has favourable effect on brain circulation and it act as antioxidant, preserving the life of the nerve cells.
L-theanine reduces the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. Furthermore, the daily intake of l-theanine normalizes blood pressure and reduces oxidative stress.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE:
2-3 capsules a day, taken 30 minutes before or 2 hours after eating. In case of momentary states of overtension -1 capsule only once.L-THEANINE is completely safe and suitable for long-term use.
L-THEANINE M is not contraindicative for diabetics.
SIDE EFFECTS: Not observed in the recommended dosages!
